CASE STUDY 1

The existing courtyard was small, unappealing and without visual stimulation. Tecscape transformed this area into an oasis with a freeform sandstone waterfeature surrounded by hardwood decking and over looked by thatched pavillions.

Before and during: Pouring concrete slab followed by
blockwork and initial rock placement.

During: Main feature after rock placement and deck
construction around lower end of waterfeature.

During and After: Final stages of deck construction
and completion of main feature.

After: Pond pavillion overlooking lower end of waterfeature with overflowing pot and sandstone steps through pond.

After: Completed project with overplowing pot and pond pavillion in foreground with mainfeature and pavillion in background.

 

CASE STUDY 2

The existing yard and pool area of this canal front home sloped down to the water, and while the pool was an in-ground installation it had raised brick edges on the canal side to compensate for the slope. The owners engaged Tecscape to make the area more useable and to make the dated pool and spa into the lifestyle features they were originally intended to be.

CASE STUDY 3

The owners of this property wanted to improve a hot, untidy and sloping corner of yard. Tecscape transformed it into a subtropical bush oasis complete with multiple watercourses, pools and ferns.
